All macramé decor items—including wall hangings, plant hangers, coasters, swing chairs, and decorative mirrors—are handcrafted and made to order, reflecting artisanal quality and boho aesthetic.

3. Orders & Cancellations

3.1 You may cancel orders within 24 hours of placement. After that, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.

3.2 In case of cancellation, you may be eligible for store credit or a refund, depending on the stage of processing.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹).

4.2 The final price includes any applicable GST, which varies by destination.

4.3 Payment processing occurs at the time of order placement.

4.4 If any item is mispriced:

4.4.1 If the actual price is lower, you will be charged the lower amount.

4.4.2 If higher, we will contact you before shipping or cancel the order with a full refund.

5. Shipping & Customs

5.1 We offer shipping across India; for international orders, shipping costs vary based on weight and destination.

5.2 Customers are responsible for any custom duties or import taxes applicable in their region.

6. Delivery Timeline

6.1 Each macramé decor piece is made to order; please allow 15–20 working days for dispatch.

6.2 Unexpected delays may occur due to craftsmanship or courier constraints; we will communicate any changes promptly.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

7.1 Due to the custom nature of handmade items, returns or exchanges are not accepted, except in case of defects or damages.

7.2 If a defect is found, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos; we’ll arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund.
