Standard orders are dispatched within 10–15 working days.
Custom orders may take 15–20 working days.
We provide nationwide and international delivery through trusted courier partners.

We accept returns only for damaged or defective products.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
Custom and sale items are non-returnable.
