Dispatch Policy

At Macrame by Shivani, every product is handmade with care and crafted to order. Since our macramé wall hangings, plant hangers, and boho home décor items are customized and carefully finished, dispatch timelines may vary.

1. Dispatch Time

1.1 Standard Orders: 10–15 working days from the date of order confirmation.

1.2. Custom Orders: 15–20 working days, depending on design complexity and size.

1.3 Bulk / Wholesale Orders: Timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

2. Shipping & Courier Partners

2.1 We use reliable courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, India Post, and international carriers for global orders.

2.2 Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

3. Prepaid vs COD Dispatch

3.1 Prepaid Orders: Processed on priority for faster dispatch.

3.2 Cash on Delivery (COD): Available only for select pin codes in India; dispatch may take slightly longer due to verification.

4. Delays in Dispatch

While we aim to dispatch all orders within the mentioned timelines, unexpected delays may occur due to raw material availability, seasonal demand, or courier constraints. Customers will be notified immediately in case of any changes.

a) Dispatch timelines do not include delivery time (which varies by location).

b) For international orders, customs clearance may affect delivery times.
